We've just begun a new project: 26 Windows systems, encompassing RSA, application, and Web servers. Client wants to know if they have the oomph to handle the anticipated traffic for the next 2 years.

We find each project like this interesting, not only from the technical point of view, but also from what they tell us about the state of the art of system mamangement.

For example: The systems are supposed to be balanced. They're not! There's a 3X difference between the web traffic being handled by the highest versus the least-loaded.
